POLICIES AND TERMS AS DISPLAYED IN OUR SERVICE AGREEMENT

 

General:

The Castle of Beauty and the Individual listed above enter into this agreement on the date stated. By signing this service agreement, the individual consents to and understands the terms and conditions of this agreement. The individual understands that if these terms and conditions aren’t met at any point during the contracted time, The Castle of Beauty reserves the right to terminate this agreement.

The Castle of Beauty, and employees representing The Castle of Beauty, will provide the agreed upon services with due skill, time, diligence and care at the location on the date and time agreed. The Castle of Beauty shall use appropriate safety and sanitation practices, and follow all professional standards set by the Esthetician code of ethics.

Bookings:

Clients will schedule a consultation with The Castle of Beauty to discuss their event requirements and preferences. The Castle of Beauty will work with the client to finalize the booking details, including services, date, and location.

Bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance of the event date. A $200 down payment will be required at the time of booking and will be credited to your service package. The full amount must be paid 7 days before the date of the event. For events scheduled within 7 days of the event date, the client must pay the full amount agreed upon at the time of signing this agreement. If the client does not pay the full amount agreed upon at the time allotted above, The Castle of Beauty reserves the right to cancel the scheduled services and charge a cancellation fee.

Payments:

As stated in the booking policy, the client agrees to pay a $200 down payment at the time of booking the event. The client acknowledges that the full amount agreed to must be paid 7 days before the date of the event, or The Castle of Beauty reserves the right to terminate the agreement. If the client is booking within 7 days of the event, the client will pay the full amount at the time of the booking.

The client will receive an invoice reflecting the amount to be paid. The client may pay via Venmo, Cashapp, Check, or other accepted forms of payment discussed. The client will receive a receipt of payment when the full amount is paid.

Rescheduling:

Clients can request to reschedule their event based on availability. If a client needs to reschedule their event, a notice of at least 7 days is required. Any rescheduling request made within a week before the event may be subject to cancellations and fees.

If The Castle of Beauty needs to reschedule the event, alternative dates will be offered to the client. If the client and The Castle of Beauty cannot agree to an alternative date, The Castle of Beauty agrees to refund the full amount for services as agreed upon.

Cancellation:

In the event that the client needs to cancel services agreed upon by The Castle of Beauty, the client acknowledges that they must cancel within 7 days of the event. The client may be subject to a cancellation fee in the amount of the paid down payment.

If a client cancels the services agreed upon by The Castle of Beauty within 7 days of the event, the client acknowledges that they may not be eligible for a refund of payment.

Inclement Weather:

The client acknowledges that if an event is held outdoors, and there is inclement weather in the area, the client must provide safety and shelter indoors for The Castle of Beauty. If the client cannot provide adequate indoor shelter space for The Castle of Beauty to perform the services agreed upon, The Castle of Beauty reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services in agreement with the rescheduling and cancellation policies listed in this contract, and that the client may still be subject to a cancellation fee.

If there is inclement or dangerous weather that would impair travel, The Castle of Beauty reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services in agreement with the rescheduling and cancellation policies listed in this contract.

Service Location and Requirements:

The location of the service for the event is at the discretion of the client. However, certain requirements must be met to ensure the safety and comfort of The Castle of Beauty employees and guests. The client is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of guests and employees while hosting the event. The client acknowledges that the set location of the event has been reserved or has otherwise legally allowed the client and employees of The Castle of Beauty to participate in the agreed to services on the premises.

For The Castle of Beauty to efficiently provide services to guests, the client acknowledges that there will be a reserved space large enough to accommodate tables, equipment, and tools. The client will ensure that the work area is clean, sanitary and available for the necessary amount of time to complete all services.

If the chosen location for the event is an exceedingly far distance away from the Cincinnati area, the client acknowledges that they may be subject to a transportation fee. Cost for transportation may include, but are not limited to, airfare, gas, hotel, service incidentals and all taxes.

Set up/Break Down:

The Castle of Beauty will arrive an hour before the scheduled event to set up a proper workspace for the service.

The client agrees to provide an adequate table and space for setting up as described in the Service Location and Requirements policy.

After the agreed services are completed, The Castle of Beauty will break down the workspace, pack up, and clean the designated work area. The client acknowledges that although The Castle of Beauty will clean and break down their items, they are still responsible for proper cleaning and event break down as agreed upon with the Venue.

Parking:

Due to the amount of equipment that The Castle of Beauty may use, the client must provide adequate parking for The Castle of Beauty at a reasonable distance from the venue. If the client cannot provide proper parking, they may be subject to a parking fee. The client agrees that they may be responsible for any parking fees accrued by The Castle of Beauty for their event.

Liability:

The client must sign and agree to The Consent and Waiver form attached to this service agreement prior to booking. The client agrees to not hold The Castle of Beauty liable for any injuries that may occur as underlined in the waiver.

Adult Supervision:

The Castle of Beauty prioritizes the safety and well-being of children first and foremost. Ro ensure proper care, safety, and comfortability during the service, at least one (1) trusted chaperone must always accompany and be present during the event. The chaperone must be over the legal age of Eighteen. If no responsible adult is present at the time of the event, The Castle of Beauty reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the event per the Cancellation/ Refund policies highlighted in this service agreement.

Media Release/Use of Imagery:

The Castle of Beauty respects the privacy and safety of our clients. By signing this service agreement, the client consents to the event, guests attending the event, and guests participating in services being photographed, recorded, or otherwise captured in media for marketing, educational, or social media practices. The Castle of Beauty won’t disclose any unnecessary personal information unless given written permission to do so. If you or a guest do not wish to be included in media coverage, a written request must be submitted to The Castle of Beauty.
